Du hast ein Examen in der Alten-bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, die Zusatzqualifikation zur Pflegedienstleitung ? Bist außerdem kommunikativ, freundlich und arbeitest gerne im Team? Dann bist Du in unserem DRK Alten- und Pflegeheim Husum genau richtig.

Wir suchen zum 01.12.2026 eine stellv. Pflegedienstleitung (m,w,d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

Verantwortung, Leitung und Organisation der Pflege auf dem Wohnbereich
Behandlung, Beratung und Betreuung unter Berücksichtigung des Pflegeleitbilds und Pflegekonzepts
Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Arbeitsabläufen
Ansprechpartner für Bewohner, Angehörige und Mitarbeiter
Unterstützung und Vertretung der Pflegedienstleitung

Dein Profil:

staatlich anerkannt/r Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder ein Studium im Bereich Pflegemanagement oder eine Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft SGB XI
Berufserfahrung als Pflegedienstleitung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit demenziell erkrankten Bewohnern wünschenswert
Mitarbeit im Schichtsystem
Flexibilität und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
sichere EDV-Kenntnisse
Zusatzqualifikation: Leitung einer Pflegeeinheit
