Wir suchen Sie als Stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) ab dem 01.04.2026 zur Unterstützung für unser Team.

## Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten

  • Führung und Organisation eines Wohnbereiches
  • Vertretung der Pflegedienstleitung
  • Führung und Motivation des Teams
  • Verantwortung für die Pflegequalität und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Planung und Koordination der Pflegeprozesse mit Medifox
  • Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung der Pflegeleistungen

## Wir wünschen uns

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege (idealerweise in einer Führungsposition)
  • Wertschätzender Führungsstil
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
