Die Häusliche Krankenpflege Cultura GmbH in Erkrath sucht zur Unterstützung unseres Leitungsteams ab sofort eine engagierte stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitverantwortung für die Pflege- und Einsatzplanung
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität sowie Umsetzung der aktuellen Pflegestandards
  • Kollegiale Unterstützung und Anleitung des Pflegepersonals
  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Fachliche Beratung von Patienten, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Vertretung der Pflegedienstleitung bei Abwesenheit

### Ihr Profil

  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur PDL oder laufende Weiterbildung zur stellv. PDL (oder Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren – unterstützen wir gerne!)
  • Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege von Vorteil
  • Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Leitungstätigkeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
