Im Auftrag einer stationären Senioreneinrichtung bei Brieselang suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung mit Zusatzqualifikation als Qualitätsbeauftragter (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung bei Organisation und Steuerung des Pflegebereichs
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei Dienstplanung, Personaleinsatzsteuerung und Teamführung
  • Begleitung von MD- und Heimaufsichtsprüfungen
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im Qualitätsmanagement

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
  • Weiterbildung als Qualitätsbeauftragter
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Führungskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
