eine Stellvertretende Stationsleitung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Stations­leitung im organisa­torischen Bereich
  • Aktives Mitgestalten von Prozessen und Abläufen auf der Station
  • Unterstützen und beraten von Kollegen im täglichen Ablauf auf der Station
  • Erstellen von Schicht­plänen unter Berück­sichtigung der Personal­struktur
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Stations­alltag

Ihr Profil:

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Leidenschaft: Für Dich ist Pflege mehr als nur Dein täglicher Job
  • Teamplayer: Hohe kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit Patienten, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitern
  • Flexibilität: Schichtdienst ist für Dich kein Problem
  • Organisationsgeschick: Du kannst deine Aufgaben gut strukturieren und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
