Wir suchen für den nächstmöglichen Termin eine Stellvertretende Stationsleitung (m/w/d) (Vollzeit) für unsere Wohnresidenz St. Raphael in Schorndorf .

## Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft mit Berufserfahrung und Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft oder die Bereitschaft die Weiterbildung zu absolvieren
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Gerontopsychiatrie sowie eine Qualifikation als Praxisanleitung sind wünschenswert
  • Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Kommunikation
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität
  • Eigenverantwortliches, selbstständiges und bewohnerorientiertes Arbeiten

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination der Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Station in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegedienstleitung
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung einer prozess- und zielorientierten Tätigkeiten nach gesetzlichen und unternehmensinternen Vorgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung und Sicherung des QM sowie der fachgerechten Pflegedokumentation
  • Mitarbeiterfügung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung eines positiven Arbeitsklimas, sowie die Mitverantwortung für ein angemessenes Ambiente und angenehme Atmosphäre im Wohnbereich
