Unsere Seniorenresidenz in Dresden bietet insgesamt 141 Pflegeplätze im Bereich der stationären Altenpflege. Zusätzlich zur umfassenden Pflege und Betreuung bieten wir unseren Bewohnern einen Therapiegarten mit Hochbeet, ein Wohlfühlbad und einen Snoezelen Raum. Um im Team zusammenzukommen findet in unserem Haus regelmäßig ein Mitarbeiter-Frühstück statt.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns:

Unterstützung und Stellvertretung der Wohnbereichsleitung

Fachgerechte körperbezogene Pflegemaßnahmen und Behandlungspflege

Umsetzung des Pflegekonzepts, der Qualitätsprozesse und Pflegestandards

Beratung von Bewohnern und deren Angehörigen zu pflegefachlichen Fragen

Digitale Pflegedokumentation und Auswertung der Pflegeplanung

Kommunikation mit Haus- und Fachärzten sowie Apotheken

Anleitung und Begleitung von Pflegemitarbeitern

Folgendes sollten Sie idealerweise mitbringen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege, als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Berufserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege

Fachkenntnisse auf dem aktuellen Stand der Pflegewissenschaften

Eine positive, einfühlsame Kommunikation mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
