Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, this role oversees the full funding lifecycle, from identifying and pursuing funding opportunities to ensuring awarded funds are managed effectively, commitments are met, outcomes are achieved, and funders experience exceptional stewardship. · Monitor grant performance, outcomes, budgets, and spending to identify opportunities, challenges, and potential risks
· Analyze programmatic and financial information to support decision-making and continuous improvement
· Prepare reports and communications that demonstrate impact, outcomes, and responsible stewardship of funding
· Help strengthen funder relationships by supporting proactive communication, transparency, and exceptional stewardship
What We're Looking For
