• DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d)
• for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. You will
• manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinate teams and
• stakeholders, monitor progress, budgets, and risks, and drive
• continuous improvements in project processes.

Responsibilities:

• •Planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation to
• completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives
• •Coordinating internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth
• communication and efficient project execution
• •Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing
• appropriate measures to address potential issues
• •Preparing project plans, status reports, and documentation to
• maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• •Identifying opportunities to improve project processes, optimize
• workflows, and enhance overall project performance

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree and recognized project management
• certification- At least 4 years of experience in project management or
• PMO roles
• •Experience in establishing PMO structures and project management
• standards
• •Experience in coaching and supporting project teams
• •Excellent written and spoken English skills
• •Strong coordination and communication skills
