Join Deutsche Bank’s Structured Finance Sales team in Paris for a six-month internship beginning in January 2027. You will support the Paris-based FIC Financing Sales team with its day-to-day activities and contribute to the broader Paris Global Markets division.

Responsibilities

• •Support the origination and management of direct lending deal flow across a range of asset classes.
• •Prepare internal screening memoranda using information memoranda and due diligence reports.
• •Monitor corporate finance markets and share relevant developments with the team.
• •Support the negotiation of non-disclosure agreements and reliance letters with clients and the internal Legal team.
• •Maintain and improve existing tools and spreadsheets to increase transaction execution efficiency for the Sales team.

Skills

• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• •Ability to provide a valid internship agreement.
• •Eligibility to work in France.
• •Strong analytical and synthesis skills, combined with a rigorous approach to work.
• •Strong interest in and understanding of financial products and the wider financial services industry.
• •A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• •Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
