Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine stellvertretene Wohnbereichsleitung (m/w/d) für die stationäre Pflege in Ganderkesee.

Anforderungen:

  • stv. Leitung und Koordination des Wohnbereichs
  • Umsetzung des Pflegekonzepts
  • Sicherung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse/Pflegeplanung
  • Durchführung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen
  • Kooperation mit Ärzten und Behörden
  • Fachliche Anleitung, Einarbeitung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter
  • Examen im Kranken- oder Altenpflegebereich
  • Zusatzqualifikation zur Wohnbereichsleitung wünschenswert, ist aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • sicheres und verbindlichen Auftreten
  • wir wünschen uns Team- und Kooperationsbereitschaft für eine harmonische Zusammenarbeit
