What You'll Do

• •Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher
• •Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• •Supervise students and encourage respectful, responsible behavior
• •Take attendance and communicate any concerns to school administration
• •Uphold school policies while modeling professionalism and integrity
• •Support the mission and values of Catholic education

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree preferred (associate degree or relevant experience will be considered)
• •Strong communication and classroom management skills
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and administrators
• •Commitment to fostering a respectful, faith-centered learning environment
• •Successful completion of all required background screening and Diocese of Memphis Safe Environment/VIRTUS training prior to employment
