Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable on-call substitute teachers to join our team. As a substitute teacher, you will provide instructional support and classroom management in the absence of regular teachers. This role requires a passion for Christian education, a flexible schedule, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular teacher
- Manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and administration.
- Follow school policies and uphold Legacy Christian Academy’s values and mission.
Qualifications:
- Agreement with Legacy Christian Academy’s Statement of Faith.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Classroom and behavior management skills.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
- High School Diploma required.
Schedule and Pay:
- On-call, as needed basis
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Offers a flexible schedule
- Not a benefit eligible job
