SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Comptroller Department; N7 of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE CTR CORONADO.

Duties

• •You will perform and oversee advanced financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and strategic financial operations for organizational programs and activities.
• •You will develop and refine highly complex budget estimates and financial plans to ensure compliance with guidance from the Department of War (DoW) and and Department of Navy (DON).
• •You will prepare detailed analytical justifications and interprets complex budgetary policies.
• •You will conduct and direct complex financial and program analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternative methods for managing organizational programs and administrative operations.
• •You will perform advanced financial studies, including cost-benefit analyses and evaluations of alternative funding strategies, to advise management on resource allocation.
• •You will apply advanced accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting principles to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of organizational enterprise financial systems information.
• •You will supervise and develop a team of financial analysts, sets performance expectations, and ensures accountability while managing workload to meet mission requirements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: supervising and developing a team of financial analysts, establishing performance standards and balancing workloads to meet core mission objectives. Directs the full budget lifecycle such as budget formulation, justification, execution, analysis, and reporting.
