Conduct regular review meetings with key customers to ensure service levels and expectations are met.

Deliver an excellent customer experience by responding promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and requests.

Consolidate and circulate weekly customer service reporting and order trackers.

Participate in daily huddles and monthly review meetings, contributing insight and supporting team performance.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a supply chain, customer service, logistics, customer operations or order management environment.

A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to find practical solutions to day-to-day challenges.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

A proactive and organised approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Good communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.

Strong IT skills and experience working with customer, supply chain or operational systems.
