Our mission at Amazon is to be the most customer-centric company on Earth, and our award-winning Supply Chain team is a key part of achieving that goal. Amazon is one of the most recognized brands in the world because we distribute millions of products to our customers. Doing our best for our customers is where we get our energy from, and that's why you'll find that we approach things differently here.
At Amazon Supply Chain - Transportation, we strive to find the fastest and most reliable way to deliver packages to our customers. The position requires a person with skills to identify patterns and any interruptions in them, along with the ability to examine details and anticipate the implications of the data. We're looking for someone who thinks big and out of the box.

- - Take responsibility for contacts with vendors/sellers/employees, ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
- - Manage related KPIs to measure, control and compare Transportation Programs, including the creation of recurring metric reports.
- - Manage and maintain the details and progress of employee training.
- - Continual, tactical communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Sellers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Fulfillment Centers).
- - Execute the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the WePay and FBA-PCP program and review the results with local stakeholders.
- - Collaborate in the development of standard working documents.
- - Manage the performance of vendors.
