Supportmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

  • Deine Aufgaben in Heuchelheim:
  • Systematische Fehleranalyse und Recherche von Fehlern
  • Update von Software und Treibern
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Reparaturen und Austausch von Komponenten
  • telefonische Beratung
  • Bereitschaft auch Kundendienst Vorort zu leisten
  • Dein Profil:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme und/oder IT- Systemintegrator, oder ähnliche Berufe
  • Kenntnisse der PC-Hardware und Betriebssysteme wie Windows, Linux und Android
  • handwerkliches Geschick
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft, auch Kundendienst vor Ort zu leisten
