  • Störungsannahme und Erfassung im Ticketsystem
  • Bewertung der Störungskategorie
  • Bearbeitung / Lösung der Störung via Mail, Telefon, Remote, Screenshare
  • Pflege des Solution-Wiki
  • Weiterleitung von komplexen Störungen an den 2nd-Level-Support

# Anforderungen:

  • Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld, IT-Weiterbildung oder bestehende Berufserfahrung mit Qualifikationsnachweis
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Betriebssysteme, Netzwerk, Peripheriegeräte, Datensicherung, ActiveDirectory, Standardsoftware
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einem etablierten Ticketsystem wie Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, ...
  • Spaß an Arbeit in kleinen Teams
  • Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1)
