  • Wir sind ein etabliertes IT-Systemhaus mit eigener Software-Lösung für den Baustoffhandel. Bei unserer Software handelt es sich um ein Warenwirtschaftssystem mit integrierter Finanzbuchhaltung. Neben der Software liefern, installieren und betreuen wir alle Produkte rund um die IT.

Zum nächstmöglichen Termin suchen wir

*Supportmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit *

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung der Kunden bei der Anwendung unserer Branchenlösung und den DMS-Systemen von ELO Digital
  • Analyse und Dokumentation von Anwendungs- und Programmfehlern
  • Schulung und Beratung der Kunden telefonisch, per Fernwartung und ggf. vor Ort
  • Mitarbeit bei verschiedensten IT-Projekten

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Kaufmännische bzw. IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Windows-Software
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist, strukturiertes Arbeiten und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Bereitschaft, sich weiterzubilden
