Für unser Sushi-Restaurant im Herzen von Mönchengladbach suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen motivierten und zuverlässigen Sushi-Koch (m/w/d) in Vollzeit .

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zubereitung von Sushi, Maki, Nigiri, Inside-Out-Rolls und weiteren japanischen Speisen
  • Vorbereitung und fachgerechte Verarbeitung frischer Zutaten
  • Ansprechendes Anrichten der Gerichte
  • Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Qualität
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Lebensmittelvorschriften
  • Kontrolle und Organisation des eigenen Arbeitsplatzes
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenannahme und Lagerung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchen- und Serviceteam

## Ihr Profil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Sushi-Koch oder in der asiatischen Küche ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
  • Zuverlässige, saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gute Hygienekenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am Abend sowie an Wochenenden
  • Motivation und Freude an der Zubereitung hochwertiger Speisen

Auch engagierte Bewerber mit guten Grundkenntnissen und Lernbereitschaft sind bei uns willkommen.
