  • semiconductor manufacturing facilities. As a System Engineer
  • Cleanroom, you will play a key role in bringing critical cleanroom
  • systems into operation and ensuring their long-term performance,
  • reliability and compliance. This position offers the unique
  • opportunity to combine technical ownership with the excitement of a
  • greenfield project in an international high-tech environment. Tasks 1.
  • Take ownership of cleanroom-related systems and ensure their reliable,
  • safe and compliant operation. 2. Monitor and optimise system
  • performance to maintain cleanroom conditions and maximise system
  • availability. 3. Lead troubleshooting activities and drive sustainable
  • solutions through structured root cause analysis. 4. Coordinate
  • maintenance activities and collaborate closely with technicians and
  • external service providers. 5. Support the transition from fab
  • construction into stable manufacturing operations. 6. Identify and
  • implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability,
  • efficiency and operational performance. Profile 1. Bachelor’s or
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Engineering,
  • Environmental Engineering or a related technical discipline. 2.
  • Several years of professional experience working with cleanroom
  • environments or comparable highly controlled technical facilities. 3.
  • Experience in the operation, commissioning or optimisation of complex
  • technical systems. 4. A structured and analytical approach to
  • troubleshooting and problem-solving. 5. Strong communication skills
  • and the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, service
  • providers and cross-functional teams. 6. Fluent German and English
  • language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages). 7. Willingness
  • to participate in international training assignments during the
  • onboarding phase (up to 3 months in Taiwan). Nice-to-Have: 1.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech
  • industries. 2. Knowledge of cleanroom technologies, including Airborne
  • Molecular Contamination (AMC) and Air Pollution Control (APC) systems.
  • Experience with reliability and problem-solving methodologies such
  • as RCA, FMEA or 8D. 4. Previous experience in a system ownership or
