\- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

\- Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

\- Interesse an Teamarbeit und Lernbereitschaft

\- Erste Erfahrungen im Personalbereich sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
