## Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)

  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Bewerbermanagement: Du übernimmst das Screening von CVs und bist Ansprechpartner:in für Kandidat:innen bis zur erfolgreichen Einstellung
  • Interviewführung: telefonisch, per Video oder persönlich
  • Active Search: Ident und Direktansprache über unsere interne Datenbank sowie Karriereplattformen wie LinkedIn, XING, Stepstone oder Indeed
  • Personalmarketing: Stellenschaltung, LinkedIn-Postings, Organisation von Recruiting-Events, Entwicklung neuer Recruiting-Strategien
  • Unsere Zielgruppe: kluge Köpfe im technologischen Bereich von Absolvent:innen bis zu hoch qualifizierten Spezialist:innen
