Teacher Aide - After School Program

Join Our Team as a Teacher Aide – Make a Difference Every Day!

• Location: Elementary School(s) in Wilsonville School District
• Schedule: Must be available to start by 2:00 PM weekday afternoons
• Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years or older
• Position Type: Part-Time, 2:00pm to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday
• Starting Pay: $17.20+ per hour (Based on experience and education)

Start Date: ASAP!

You’ll support our K-5 students with:

Fun and engaging activities like arts, crafts, STEM, and group games

Daily routines such as snack time , recess , and quiet time

A caring and structured space where kids can learn , play , and thrive

• What We’re Looking For
• If you’re kind, dependable, and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with elementary-aged children (babysitting, camp, school, or volunteer work)

Familiarity with child development or youth programs

Required before your first day (we’ll help you get these):

Enrolled in Oregon’s Central Background Registry

CPR/First Aid Certification

Oregon Food Handler’s Permit
