Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Kauffrau für
  • Büromanagement (m/w/d), Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (m/w/d),
  • Hotelfachfrau (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Berufserfahrung aus dem Assistenzbereich zwingend
  • erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Steuern oder Steuerrecht
  • Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Übernehmen des Office-Managements, administratives Unterstützen
  • des Teams
  • Eigenverantwortliches Korrespondieren
  • Koordinieren von Terminen
  • Erstellen von Protokollen und Präsentationen
  • Übernahme von Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Mitwirken im Recruiting
  • Pflegen von Stammdaten und Dokumenten
  • Unterstützen bei der Zeiterfassung sowie Fakturierung
