Teamassistenz Vertrieb (m/w/d)

Insofern Ihnen die nachfolgende Beschreibung gefällt, freuen wir uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung (Anschreiben, Lebenslauf, Zeugnisse) unter der Angabe Ihrer Gehaltsvorstellung und des nächstmöglichen Eintrittsdatums.

Sie werden:

  • allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben übernehmen (Büroorganisation, schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz, Bearbeitung des Postein- und ausgangs, Termin-koordination, Erstellung von Exposés, Vorbereitung von Präsentationsunterlagen u.v.m.)
  • unsere Vertriebskollegen aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft unterstützen
  • als Kommunikationsschnittstelle für interne und externe Ansprechpartner fungieren

Sie haben:

  • eine mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, vorzugsweise in der Immobilienbranche
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ein strukturiertes, selbstständiges Denken und Handeln und sind engagiert
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
