  • Ermöglichung eines reibungslosen Abfüll- und Etikettierprozesses an unseren manuellen sowie automatischen Abfülllinien
  • Personalführung einschließlich Einsatzplanung, Leistungsbeurteilung und Mitarbeitermotivation
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften
  • Durchführung einer einwandfreien Dokumentation gemäß unserer IFS-Zertifizierung
  • Kontrolle von CCPs wie Metalldetektion und Röntgenprüfung
  • Inventurarbeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsplanung, Technik und Qualitätssicherung
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Lebensmittelbranche oder einer technischen Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, idealerweise der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse der MS Office-Anwendungen
