  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination des Entwicklungsteams Air Supply Wheeled zur Erfüllung der Projektziele
  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung für die betreuten Projekte
  • Gesamtverantwortung der Entwicklungsbudgets und -terminplanung sowie deren Umsetzung
  • Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Kooperationen mit RH-internen sowie externen Entwicklungspartnern und Lieferanten
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Projekte
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich z.B. Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Bauingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Thermodynamik, Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik (HLK)
  • Erste Führungserfahrung in der Entwicklung wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
