Für ein Kundenunternehmen in Bautzen, spezialisiert auf moderne Ofen- und Backtechnik, suchen wir einen Teamleiter (m/w/d) für den Fertigungsbereich.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter
  • Vertretung der Fertigungsleitung bei Abwesenheit
  • Sicherstellung einer termin- und qualitätsgerechten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Abstimmung mit Vorgesetzten, anderen Teamleitern und der Produktionslogistik
  • Montage mechanischer und elektrischer Baugruppen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektrofachkraft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Technische Zeichnungen und Schaltpläne selbstständig lesen und verstehen können
  • Führungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Fahrausweis für Flurförderzeuge von Vorteil
