Das Elbhotel Dresden ist ein Stadthotel der AURUM Hospitality Group. Für unser Haus suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die vor Ort Verantwortung übernimmt, das Team führt und den Betrieb aktiv mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die feste Ansprechperson im Haus für Team, Gäste und Firmenkunden.
  • Du arbeitest selbst an der Rezeption mit
  • Du erstellst die Dienstpläne für Rezeption und Housekeeping und arbeitest neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen ein.
  • Du nimmst Zimmer ab und sorgst für gleichbleibende Qualität und Sauberkeit.
  • Du kümmerst dich um Gästeanliegen und Beschwerden, bevor sie zu Bewertungen werden.
  • Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit der Betriebsleitung ab, unter anderem zu Belegung, Qualität und Teamthemen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung an der Rezeption, idealerweise mit ersten Führungs- oder Schichtleitungsaufgaben
  • Sicheren Umgang mit Hotelsoftware und Buchungsportalen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verlässlichkeit und ein Auge fürs Detail
  • Freude daran, ein Haus mitzugestalten statt nur zu verwalten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
