  • Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister inklusive SLA-Controlling,
  • Reporting und Qualitätsmanagement Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden
  • IT-Landschaft sowie Begleitung von Cloud- und Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Planung und Umsetzung technischer Standards in den Bereichen Netzwerk,
  • Server, Clients und Security Ressourcen-, Budget- und
  • Kapazitätsplanung innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs Unterstützung
  • bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Organisation und beim
  • Ausbau der Teams DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossenes Studium im
  • IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung Mehrjährige
  • Erfahrung in der IT-Infrastruktur sowie erste oder bereits fundierte
  • Führungserfahrung Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-, Server- und
  • Client-Architekturen sowie modernen IT-Betriebsmodellen Erfahrung in
  • der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und koordinativen IT-Rollen
  • Verständnis für Themen wie Cloud-Migration, IT-Security und hybride
  • Infrastrukturen Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und kommunikative
  • Arbeitsweise Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Freude daran, Teams
