Für das Allgemeine Krankenhaus Celle - akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover - suchen wir für unser pflegerisches Team der Intermediate Care Station (IMC) zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine Teamleitung (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss des Examens als Pflegefachkraft
  • Wünschenswert ist eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur pflegerischen Leitung einer Station oder Funktionseinheit bzw. ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Pflegemanagement
  • Umfassende Berufserfahrung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege im Bereich Intermediate Care oder High Care
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
  • Empathisches und dienstleistungsorientiertes Führungsverständnis
  • Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Förderung und Entwicklung einer interdisziplinären und multiprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Pflegerisch fachliche, organisatorische und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung für die Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung, Bewertung und Optimierung der pflegerischen Versorgungsqualität unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen pflegewissenschaftlichen Evidenz
  • Personalsteuerung bei gleichzeitiger Verantwortlichkeit für die Dienstplangestaltung und situativer Personaleinsatzplanung, auch bereichsübergreifend
  • Kooperative und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Bereichen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Einhaltung von Behandlungs- und Qualitätsleitlinien
  • Belegungsmanagement innerhalb der Abteilung
