Unser erstklassiger Kunde ist ein IT-Dienstleister im Raum Stolberg. Für diesen suchen wir aktuell eine "Teamleitung (m/w/d) SAP Entwicklung & Architektur (ABAP / Cloud / BTP)".

Du begeisterst dich für moderne SAP-Landschaften und innovative IT-Lösungen? In einem etablierten IT-Umfeld mit komplexen Systemlandschaften übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Weiterentwicklung von SAP-Plattformen. Du führst ein Entwicklungsteam sowohl fachlich als auch operativ und gestaltest aktiv die technologische Zukunft im SAP-Umfeld mit!

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von rund 15 Mitarbeitern.
  • Du steuerst, priorisierst und koordinierst Entwicklungsaufgaben im SAP-Umfeld.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in Entwicklungsprojekten mit (u. a. ABAP, ABAP Cloud, SAP BTP).
  • Du treibst Themen wie Clean Core, Cloud-Transformation und Standardisierung voran.
  • Du stellst Qualität, Best Practices und nachhaltige Architekturen sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams sowie an Schnittstellen zu Projekten zusammen.
  • Du förderst eine offene Teamkultur mit Fokus auf Eigeninitiative und Wissenstransfer.
  • Dein Profil:
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP-Entwicklung mit (z. B. ABAP, ABAP OO, ABAP Cloud, CDS, BTP).
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams oder Projektgruppen.
  • Du kennst moderne Architektur- und Entwicklungskonzepte (z. B. Clean Core, Fiori, Cloud-Integration).
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und DevOps.
  • Du überzeugst durch starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv, übernimmst Verantwortung und treibst Innovationen voran.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
