  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden der Teams Trust Services und
  • Authentication & Backup Services
  • Verantwortung für den hochverfügbaren Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Public Key Infrastrukturen, der Active DirectoryUmgebungen, der Backup Strukturen und der Monitoring Umgebungen
  • Förderung und Identifizierung von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten der Mitarbeitenden
  • Erarbeitung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Team Vision in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leitungskreis
  • Verantwortung für den übergreifenden Austausch mit den Führungskräften der Fachbereiche
  • Management der Personalressourcen im operativen Geschäft
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT
  • Kenntnisse in der Bereitstellung und dem Betrieb von Public Key-Infrastrukturen, der Active-Directory-Umgebungen, derBackup-Strukturen und der Monitoring-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrungen in der Arbeit in agilen Teams nach z. B. Scrum, oder Kanban
  • Wirtschaftliches und unternehmerisches Handeln und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Ressourcen
  • Starkes Interesse an der Führung, dem Coaching und der Aus- und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops sind von Vorteil
  • AusgeprägteKommunikationskompetenz auf Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau) und Englisch (B1-Niveau)
