• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• - Strong understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module and its integration within broader human capital management systems.
• - Experience in analyzing client requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions.
• - Ability to design and implement process improvements that enhance onboarding experiences.
• - Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable outcomes.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
