• - Strong understanding of time management processes within human capital management systems.
• - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements.
• - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
• - Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.

• Additional Information:
