About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Technical Managers to support the engineering, construction oversight, and quality management of major infrastructure and urban development projects. The role covers infrastructure delivery, technical design review, project quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Oversee the technical delivery and supervision of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage channels, and urban development programmes.
• •Review and evaluate engineering studies, design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
• •Ensure engineering designs comply with applicable design standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• •Monitor project quality through inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance processes.
• •Identify and manage non-conformances and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• •Review project processes and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• •Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement across infrastructure projects.
• •Coordinate with project teams and technical stakeholders to address engineering and quality-related issues.

Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• •Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure construction supervision, engineering design oversight, project quality management, or related technical functions.
• •Demonstrated experience in major infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage, or urban development programmes.
• •Experience reviewing engineering studies and designs against applicable standards and technical requirements.
• •Experience in project quality management, inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance.
• •Knowledge of quality management tools, non-conformance management, and corrective action implementation.
• •Experience improving project processes and supporting change management initiatives.
