About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager – Project Management & Strategic Planning to support the management of major infrastructure programmes and capital portfolios. The role combines project management operations, PMO governance, strategic planning, performance monitoring, and portfolio reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead and coordinate project management operations within a PMO environment.
• •Develop, review, and improve project management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• •Support strategic planning and the management of capital project portfolios.
• •Monitor project and portfolio performance against strategic objectives, schedules, and delivery targets.
• •Prepare and analyse project performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
• •Oversee the implementation of project management systems and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools.
• •Coordinate project data, reporting processes, and performance monitoring across infrastructure programmes.

Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• •Minimum 15 years of experience in project management operations, PMO, strategic planning, or capital portfolio management.
• •Demonstrated experience in PMO operations and project management governance.
• •Experience developing and reviewing project management policies, procedures, and processes.
• •Experience in strategic planning and capital portfolio management.
• •Experience preparing and analysing project performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
• •Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.
