Du bist erfahrener Business Analyst / Technical Product Owner (m/w/d) und willst ein Projekt, das wirklich etwas bewegt? Dann komm in unser Team!

Dein Aufgabenmix:

  • Anforderungen analysieren und als User Stories für das Entwicklungsteam aufbereiten
  • Datenanalysen mit Python durchführen und als aussagekräftige Visualisierungen präsentieren
  • Product Owner unterstützen und vertreten (Backlog, Priorisierung)
  • Tests und Abnahmen definieren und durchführen
  • Mit KI-Tools smarter arbeiten – von Codeanalyse bis Dokumentation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur, Entwicklung und Fachbereich

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Business/Requirements Analyst in komplexen IT-Projekten
  • Sicher im Umgang mit User Stories, Epics und Features (Scrum)
  • Praxis in Datenanalysen auf großen Datenbeständen
  • Du hast schon Code-Repositories oder Skripte mitbetreut (Python-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung mit KI-Tools oder schnelle Auffassungsgabe dafür
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch, starke Kommunikation, Hands-on-Mentalität

Nice to have:

SAFe, BPMN, Migrationsprojekte
