  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Technischen Kommunikation und Freude daran, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich aufzubereiten?
  • Für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir eine*n Technical Writer / Technischen Redakteur (m/w/d) im .zur Verstärkung eines professionellen Redaktionsteams.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung zielgruppengerechter technischer Kundendokumentation für User & Service
  • Dokumentation für Hardware- und Softwareprodukte
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen in Deutsch und Englisch nach geltenden Standards
  • Arbeiten mit modernen Redaktionssystemen, u. a. XML-basiert
  • Eigenständige Recherche, Interviews mit internen Partnern und Nutzung von Entwicklungsunterlagen & Produktsimulationen
  • Begleitung des gesamten Dokumentationsprozesses von Informationskonzept und Recherche bis Publikation und Übersetzung
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Informationsarchitekturen und Dokumentationskonzepten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Redaktion, Entwicklung, Konstruktion und weiteren internen Stakeholdern
  • Ihre Qualifikation
  • Studium in Technischer Kommunikation, Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Technischen Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung mit Topic-based Writing, Single Source & Cross Media Publishing
  • Praxis mit Content-Management-, Versionsverwaltungs- und Änderungsmanagementsystemen
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung mit redaktionellen Standards, idealerweise S1000D
  • Sehr gutes analytisches und abstraktes Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse inklusive technischer Fachterminologie
  • Erfahrung in komplexen Projektumfeldern und bei langlebigen technischen Produkten
