Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung des Prozessleitsystems und industriellen IT Systemen (Hardware & Software), Anpassung an die operativen Erfordernisse
- Fachliche Betreuung der speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerungen inklusive der Bedien- und Beobachtungsgeräte
- Aktualisierung der Softwaredokumentation, Datensicherungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung neuer Software für Anlagenänderungen und Erweiterungen
- Wartung und Instandsetzung der Gerätetechnik im Automatisierungsbereich sowie der vorhandenen Automatisierungssysteme
- Durchführung von Störungs- und Schadensanalysen im laufenden Produktionsprozess
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Investitionen und Projekten
- Ansprechpartner für Fremdfirmen
- Projektleitung für Automatisierungsprojekte
Ihr Profil
- Technikerausbildung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik / Elektronik oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung sowie vorzugsweise Kenntnisse mit den Systemen ABB 800XA/AC800M, ABB AC450 oder Siemens S7 (TIA), S5 - idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Grundlagen in Administration von Windows Servern und Netzwerktechnik
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, eigenständige, strukturierte ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- offen für neue Ideen und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
