Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Technischen Redakteur (m/w/d)"

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Wartung von Dokumentationen, Handbüchern, Quickstarts, Online-Hilfen, Flyer für Marketing/Vertrieb, Schulungsunterlagen beim Kunden etc.
  • Erstellung und Wartung von Vorlagen für MS Word/Openoffice für interne Dokumente wie Pflichtenheft, Angebote etc.
  • Erstellung von Icons und anderen grafischen Elementen, die in unserer Software eingesetzt werden
  • Wartung des Internetauftrittes
  • Erstellung von CD-ROMs und DVDs inkl. Bedrucken

Dabei sind Sie verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der CD/CI-Regeln innerhalb der Firma.

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Beherrschung von MS Office (inkl. Visio) über das übliche Maß hinaus
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Dokumente inkl. Satz und Layout
  • einschlägige Kenntnisse der Regeln und Normen zur Erstellung technischer Dokumente
  • einschlägige Kenntnisse zum Thema Ergonomie
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Benutzergruppen
  • Deutsch in Word und Schrift: sehr gut
  • Englisch in Word und Schrift: sehr gut
  • Teamfähigkeit etc.
