Als Technischer Facility Manager (m/w/d) koordinieren Sie zentrale Gebäudeservices und entwickeln leistungsfähige FM-Prozesse weiter.   • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

Technischer Facility Manager (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Steuern Sie Auswahl, Verträge und Leistung externer Facility-Dienstleister
  • Überwachen Sie KPIs und SLAs und koordinieren Sie notwendige Maßnahmen
  • Verantworten Sie Gebäudeservices wie Reinigung, Catering, Abfall- und Parkplatzmanagement
  • Koordinieren Sie technische Themen rund um HLK, Elektro, Wasser und Gebäudeautomation
  • Entwickeln und optimieren Sie Facility-Prozesse und Servicestandards in Dresden
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abschluss in Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Facility Management
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Serviceverträgen
  • Technisches Verständnis für Gebäudeinfrastruktur und Gebäudesysteme
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Attraktive Vergütung bis zu 60.000 € Jahresbruttogehalt
