# Technischer Redakteur (m/w/d)

in Voll- oder Teilzeit (bei mindestens 25 Stunden wöchentlich; bis zu 50% remote möglich)

Komplexe Softwareprodukte verständlich zu dokumentieren und Anwendern den Arbeitsalltag zu erleichtern, ist genau Ihr Ding? Dann bringen Sie Ihr technisches Verständnis und Ihr Gespür für verständliche Kommunikation in unser Team ein und gestalten Sie die Dokumentation unserer Softwarelösungen aktiv mit.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie erstellen und pflegen die technische Produktdokumentation für unsere erfolgreichen Branchensoftwareprodukte
  • Sie dokumentieren neue Funktionen und entwickeln unsere Online-Hilfen kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie stellen die Qualität, Konsistenz und Aktualität unserer Dokumentation sicher
  • Sie formulieren anschauliche und präzise Dokumentationen, um komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich für unsere Kunden darzustellen
  • Sie stimmen sich eng mit den Teams aus Softwareentwicklung, Produktmanagement und Qualitätssicherung zusammen ab

## Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein Studium oder eine Weiterbildung zum Technischen Redakteur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
  • Sie können komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich und zielgruppengerecht formulieren
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und haben Freude daran, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Sie bringen eine hohe IT-Affinität und großes Interesse an Softwareprodukten mit
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung mit MadCap Flare oder einem vergleichbaren XML-basierten Autorensystem und Grundkenntnisse in XML, HTML und CSS
