WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der EMSR-Bestandsdaten sowie Erfassung und Verwaltung von EMSR-Dokumente und Objektdaten im CAEX/PLT-System Siemens COMOS
Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Ablage und Verknüpfung von Bestandsdokumenten mit den zugehörigen Messstellen und Gewerken
Prüfung von Bestands- und Projektdokumentationen auf Vollständigkeit, Richtigkeit und Systemkonformität sowie Bereinigung von Abweichungen und Überführung in digitale Formate
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Prüfanweisungen, Messstellenblättern, Klassifizierungsblättern und Abnahmedokumenten in Siemens COMOS
Enge Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Hardwareplanung, Softwareengineering und Inbetriebnehmern sowie Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation interner Engineering- und Dokumentationsstandards
Aufbereitung technischer Grafiken und Ablaufdiagramme unter Berücksichtigung sicherheitstechnischer Vorgaben
Koordination externer Übersetzungsdienstleiter sowie Prüfung übersetzter Fachtexte

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Technischen Redakteur (m/w/d), zum Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) mit Dokumentationserfahrung oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industrie/ Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld
Kenntnisse in funktionaler Sicherheit und Ex-Schutz (ATEX Richtlinien) von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und COMOS von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in allen Hierarchieebenen und „Hands-on" Mentalität
