Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie erstellen und pflegen technische Dokumentationen für unsere Wirbelstrom-Prüfgeräte, Sensoren, automatisierten Prüfsysteme sowie unsere Softwareprodukte.
  • Dazu gehören insbesondere Bedienungsanleitungen, Betriebsanleitungen, Software-Dokumentationen, Onlinehilfen, Release Notes, Kurzanleitungen, Schulungsunterlagen und technische Produktinformationen.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Hardwareentwicklung, Softwareentwicklung, Produktmanagement, Applikation und Service zusammen.
  • Sie recherchieren technische Inhalte, strukturieren Informationen verständlich und stimmen Ihre Dokumentationen mit den Fachabteilungen ab.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Pflege von Terminologie, redaktionellen Vorlagen und bestehenden Dokumentationen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich technische Redaktion, Technik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder Kommunikation.
  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation von Hardware, Software oder erklärungsbedürftigen technischen Produkten.
  • Sie haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu erklären.
  • Sie schreiben sehr gutes Deutsch und verfügen über gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig, stimmen sich aber auch gerne im Team ab.
  • Erfahrung mit Redaktionssystemen, XML-basierten Dokumentationen oder SmartMediaCreator ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
