Für unser Netzwerkteam suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Technische/n Servicemanager (m/w/d) in Augsburg.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für das Servicemanagement inkl. SLA-Steuerung, Incident-Management und QM
  • Verantwortung für die Service Delivery der Netzwerk- und Security Services beim Kunden
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und leistungsfähigen IT Betriebs
  • Verantwortung für Ressourcen- und Einsatzplanung
  • Führung eines Teams von bis zu 12 Mitarbeitenden
  • Entwicklung von Service- und Betriebskonzepten
  • Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden und den dazugehörigen Stakeholdern
  • Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als System Engineer / IT Administrator
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld, idealerweise auch im Bereich IT Security
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungssicherheit
  • Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
