In Deutschland ist das Unternehmen mit mehreren Hundert Mitarbeitenden vertreten und wächst stetig. Für den Bereich After Sales am Standort Raum Hannover sucht unser Kunde dich als Technischen Servicemanager (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die technische Ansprechperson im After-Sales-Bereich für Kunden und interne Teams
  • Du bereitest Serviceeinsätze vor und übernimmst die Disposition der Servicetechniker
  • Du begleitest die Servicetechniker fachlich und unterstützt ihre Weiterentwicklung
  • Du erstellst Angebote und planst Serviceprojekte
  • Du prüfst Serviceberichte und gibst sie frei
  • Du bearbeitest Mängelanzeigen und Gewährleistungsfälle

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kältebranche
  • Kenntnisse in der Regelungstechnik
  • Erfahrung mit Servicemanagement-Systemen sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
