Wir sind ein Industriepumpenunternehmen in Haßloch – Vertrieb, Ersatzteile, Reparatur und Wartung von Exzenterschneckenpumpen. Für unseren technischen Vertriebsinnendienst suchen wir eine/n Technische/n Kaufmann/-frau oder Industriekaufmann/-frau, gerne mit Erfahrung im Pumpenbereich. Sie betreuen und beraten unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Ersatzteilanfragen und unterstützen unseren Außendienst in allen Belangen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden bei technischen Fragen sowie bei Anfragen zu Ersatzteilen und Pumpen
  • Auslegung und Auswahl der passenden Pumpe und Ersatzteile gemäß den Kundenanforderungen
  • Kalkulation der anzubietenden Produkte gemäß vorgegebener Richtlinien
  • Auftragsabwicklung und Verfolgung von Lieferterminen
  • Unterstützung des Außendienstes in allen Kundenbelangen, z. B. bei Reklamationen und schneller Ersatzteilbeschaffung

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technische/r Kaufmann/-frau oder Industriekaufmann/-frau
  • Berufserfahrung im Industriepumpenbereich von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Organisationsstärke
  • Sicherheit im Führen von Kundengesprächen am Telefon
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
