Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter für Telefonzentrale und Kundendienst (m/w/d) , der unser Team mit Freundlichkeit und Organisationstalent verstärkt.

Du bist kommunikativ, behältst auch bei einem hohen Telefonaufkommen den Überblick und hast immer ein freundliches Wort auf den Lippen? Du organisierst gerne, findest für Herausforderungen passende Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass bei uns im Büro alles rundläuft?

Deine Aufgaben: Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonanrufen, Verwaltung der Service-Maileingänge, Annahme und Anlage von Kundendienst- und Wartungsaufträgen, Terminierung von Kundendiensteinsätzen, allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten

Das bringst du mit: Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Telefonieren, ein freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten, Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern, eine lösungsorientierte und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit sowie Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten, gute PC-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word)
